Pink Design is now closed for the holiday weekend.

My e-mail box (for once!) is 100% responded to, so any new e-mails and orders placed after 11:00 a.m. today will be responded to next week.

I will return all e-mails and orders starting Monday, July 6th.

Reminders

1) Just a reminder that I offer one (1) monogram change-out per order. Requesting to see additional designs beyond the one ordered, and beyond the one change-out, will cost extra.

2) Revisions requested to monograms AFTER the final monograms have already been agreed upon and e-mailed to the customer *will cost extra*. The revision price is $3 per monogram per standard change (color, font, text).

This is because this is extra work and extra time for me to make additional changes to any or all monograms from the original order, plus it sends the customer 2nd monograms after what they already ordered.

Both of these policies are in my Policies and Procedures on the monogram page of my website that people must order from.

New Policy on Invitations and Save the Dates!

Due to popular demand, it can take me a day or two to get caught up on emails, even if I've been working all day.

Therefore, please note that effective today, April 15th, it may take up to 4 business days to receive your first set of proofs when ordering Invitations or Save the Dates.

Also NEW!, you may now download my Invitation Form ahead of time by clicking on the link under Invitations on the left-hand sidebar of my blog.

New Hours of Operation Posted

Hi everyone!

I've had my Hours of Operation posted on every page of my website for awhile, but I also added them to my blog in the right sidebar.

I am closed on weekends. This means that any monogram orders placed Friday evening may not be returned until Monday at the earliest. Just a reminder :)

E-check Payments

Good morning!

I hope everyone had a restful weekend!

One more new policy... any payments made by E-Check on PayPal must CLEAR before any proofs will be sent. This may take anywhere from 5-7 days on PayPal.. just a heads up if you choose that type of payment, proofs can't be sent ahead of time anymore.
